My vehicle has puddle lights so that you can see where you are stepping when you exit the vehicle. The puddle lights used to work when you opened the doors at night. Now, the puddle lights only light up when you press Unlock on the key fob.

Update from Dec 31, 2016: This problem was related to a short in the courtesy light module. Module was replaced by dealer under warranty and problem has not returned.
