Bought $50,000 PACIFICA LIMITED over a week Ago! Dealer did not supply uconnect headphones or remotes. The following day they informed me they cannot find them but will have set to me in couple days.
A week later, no Equipment! Nothing but excuses. Store manager called me to say equipment is on backorder and will be athe least two weeks to a month before I get the items!
I have contacted Chysler "CustomerCare" buy online chat, 800 numbers and have gotten nothing but runaround.
