Grand Caravan LX 3.2L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 60,000 miles

Touch screen radio, backup camera screen went out. No warning just stopped working. Told by dealership and Chrysler corporation that it would cost over $1500 to fix (replace) unit. Wanted to charge me almost $100 just to hook up to their computer to diagnose. Bought this vehicle with certified Pre-Owned warranty which is not worth the paper it is printed on. I have known the dealer who sold it to me for almost 30 yrs and have bought other vehicles from him in past. Will NEVER EVER buy from him again. This is just one of the several problems I have had with this vehicle not to mention 2 factory recalls on other issues. Yiiikkes.
