Recent highway driving experience between when braking between 50 and 65 caused wheel shimmering at every application. It was recently serviced and a recall application was applied but we were not told of the exact nature of the recall. Suggestions?
I make mention of the recent service visit for our 56000. Warranty mileage service because of the unique unknown service recall application. I would like to hear from Dodge HQ on this before taking the vehicle back to Rainier for the followup. Please understand that (other than this worry!) we are pleased with our van and this is an inquiry for information and help. Thanks
We have yet to hear back from Dodge regarding the matter. We had hoped to have imput from Dodge before making our appointment for servicing since it's partly a trust issue concering the Dodge dealership that performed the mileage service and recall fix. Instead we we take it to the Dodge dealership of purchase and give feedback here afterwards.
