When taking in my van for ongoing heating/cooling issues (see other complaints lodged) I was told that the struts, alignment, bushings, and mounts all needed to be replaced.

The van is only 6 yrs old, with 63,400 km, this is absolutely absurd. Even the service person said he has never seen this, and when I called 3 local mechanics they either said that Team Chrysler is pulling my leg to make money or the van is crap! They offered to look at it for free, and will take it soon.

I called Chrysler Canada to complain that this is ridiculous for this young van, I was told that the van obviously sits more than it drives and that this is damaging to the suspension and this is why it all needs to be replaced.

I will NOT be fixing it with Chrysler, not for $1600, ridiculous! I will update with a new complaint if it is found false.
