Aluminum core and plastic side are not a good match. Un-repairable. Drain petcock needs to be reinforced. That's where the leak occurred.

This is the 3rd radiator we put in the Journey since 2011! The last one went bad after only 1 year, so most of the costs were covered by the part warranty, but not the labor. We have lots of radiator and AC/Heat issues with the car. I will NEVER purchase a Dodge again.
