After multiple visits to the Ford service department and associating Ford Canada to resolve the problem, it is still ongoing. Very disappointed with the 2018 Ford Edge SEL at this time. I don't recommend this vehicle for purchase. This vehicle is not very well insulated from the road noise and seems as if you can feel every bump in the road, no matter the size. Not impressed with the fuel mileage or the size of the fuel tank. It seems you spend almost as much time at the pumps as in the vehicle. Other various noises are experienced as well, such as a spring like noise occasionally coming from the rear, while applying the brake while backing up.
