When they replaced the transmission the flywheel was broken in half, had to replace it also. Ford knew about the problem with the flex plate and did nothing. I believe the transmission went out due to the underlying problem. Got fixed for $4300.00 out of my pocket. Not a happy camper. Ford is about to lose a life long customer. I think I'll start buying Dodge.
