Own a 2011 Ford Escape With manual transmission and 2WD. Transmission shifter pops back to neutral when coasting in 5Tth gear, cruise control on or off.
The dealer (Desjardins in Quebec) don't want to fix it since the problem did not occur while road testing the car.
Car was 2 days in their garage and they did not unscrew one single bolt...
I'm relying on Ford customer service. They just told me I will have a call back from the supervisor within 4 labor days... I already waited one month for the appointment plus 2 days without the car. No replacement, excuses, nothing.
I'm afraid they wait until the warranty is over...
