I have taken my car into the Ford dealership to have it fixed and they told me its not the radio itself. They couldn't fix it and told me to come get my car after having it for almost a week. they changed out the modulator and even ordered a new radio. the radio worked fine. If ford dealership can't fix it then who. I am fed up with this not getting fixed. my insurance will not pay unless they can prove a part can fix the problem. My screen on the touch screen is completely white. It works and if I push radio it will switch from radio to Sirius. my phone still connects to the radio. I just can't see anything on the screen. everything on the radio still works, I just can't see it cause the screen is white. and they say its not the radio.
