The contact owns a 2011 Ford Escape. The contact stated that the vehicle failed to start after the key was inserted into the ignition switch. In addition, the contact mentioned that the passenger side wiper became inoperable. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failures. The failure mileage was unknown.
