Considering my door lock problem in April and my dead battery on the 9th of September, I am seeing a pattern emerging. I really am concerned that there is an overall electrical problem which is not being addressed and nothing has been under warranty. Of course, the car was out of warranty in April but I bought the warranty when it was repaired in April. So, of course batteries are a normal maintenance thing but it was only 3 years and 91,000 miles old. My sister's 2005 Chrysler 300 original battery was just replaced when it died after 14 years! I know that is amazing, but what's the deal here?

Update from Sep 27, 2019: Turns out when my battery was replaced the technician pinched the wire to the wipers. Ford fixed it for nothing.
