The contact owns a 2016 Ford Escape. The contact stated that while driving 40 mph, the headlights became dim, decreasing the visibility in front of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to holiday Ford located at 1003 us-82, whitesboro, tx 76273, 1-800-293-6213, to be diagnosed. The technician duplicated the failure however, there was no fix for the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure and filed a case. The failure mileage was 17. Consumer stated due to poor lighting vehicle is unsafe at night.
