2016 Ford Escape-purchased at Sarat Ford Agawam, MA on 06/02/16. Continuous since purchase- I have complained several times about the ride not being smooth- but it is not until I rented a 2016 Nissan Pathfinder that I now know just how rough the Escape ride is - I have reported this 3 times and it has not been repaired.
