problem #2

Dec 312008

Explorer V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 50,000 miles

The wrench, anti-skid and ABS lights come on and the car just stops on its own. The brakes literally come on by themselves as you are giving the car gas. Not very good when you are pulling out in traffic and your car won't move.

problem #1

Dec 242007

Explorer LX 4.0L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 5,800 miles

I'm trying to find out if there's any "hidden" recalls for this repair. Associated with

this (at the same time) No- Anti-Skid operation and the wrench light (bad throttle

body- another $ 361.00. I know they're screwing me, but I had to use a Ford

dealer.
