The contact owned a 2006 Ford F-150. While driving approximately 5 to 6 mph and turning left, the vehicle slid on wet pavement and crashed into a wall. The air bags did not deploy. A police report was filed. The contact was injured and required medical attention. The vehicle was destroyed and towed. The manufacturer was not notified. The approximate failure mileage was 110,000.
