A/C not functioning. Paid dealer service to diagnose problem and was told that the evaporator coil is leaking with a repair cost of $1700.00 It is necessary to remove the seats, disassemble the console and remove the entire dash and steering wheel. 2012 F150, purchased new, 58,000 miles. I wrote a letter to Ford customer service objecting to the failed evaporator and the poor design that results in excessive repair costs. Ford did not reply. Ford must not be interested in my business, so they shall receive no more. of my business. Blacklisted.

Never buy a Ford! Service is horrible, and the build quality is shoddy at best. The timing chain issue has been going on for years, and has been fixed, but continues to fail. Bought brand new, 46k, and it's a lemon, and Ford just says sorry. Obviously many known issues on this truck, and they're just ignoring us. I'll never buy another Ford again, and will tell everyone about my experience.
