F-150 Lariat 5.0L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 77,526 miles

I have taken my F 150 Lariat to Grand Prairie Ford three times for sunroof bracket breaking due to them fixing the bracket my truck began to leak inside. I have taken the truck back after leak was found they then had my truck for two to three days. Mr. Anthony, the service tech that I was dealing with at that time, called me and said that wasn't going to repair my truck because the truck was designed to leak, then that they were asking I why wasn't told at the purchasing so I could make the decision whether I wanted a truck that leaks or not.

Then I talked with the service manager, she stated that my truck was old and the parts ware out. She asked that they put the vehicle under some type of pressure to see if it leaks or not. She tried to make me understand.

Is there anyway I can get some help?

auto start restarts truck repeatedly

Remote start would restart the engine after washing car, temporary solution was to unhook the battery, dealer replaced the remote start and security system, I paid to upgrade the remote start to a better optional one.
