The contact owns a 2015 Ford F-150. The contact stated that the rotors were defective. The vehicle vibrated out of control while attempting to stop, causing the contact to lose control of the vehicle. The contact was able to avoid a near crash. The vehicle was taken to the dealer several times for the failure. The dealer stated that the rotors were warped. The dealer rotated the front and rear rotors; however, the failure was not corrected. The manufacturer was not notified. The failure mileage was 20,100.
