During routine oil change at Ford Dealer they discovered a leak in the seal around the oil pan. The entire oil pan and seal had to be replaced. this is not a quick repair if it is does right. My dealer did it correctly. Gave the new seal plenty of time to seat and seal. Apparently this is a quality control issue that Ford is just over looking.
