A small plastic tube that connected 3 coolant hoses split down the middle and all the coolant ran out of the radiator leaving my wife stranded on the road. Its located right on on top of the radiator under the hood and popped in with plastic rivets, and it cost only $19 to buy a replacement part from the Ford dealership.
