Fusion SE 2.5L

From the beginning, whenever I put on the defrost, it has a musty smell. I haven't mentioned it to the dealer yet but thinking I should. I had the same exact problem with my 2010 Fusion and complained. They changed the cabin air filter and conditioned the water in the AC system. It didn't get fixed.
