We made an appointment with our Ford dealership at Ft Myers. My husband took the car there and the Service Advisor told him that they have a lot cars with the same problem. He said can't fix it because there is not a solution for it. I called him and was basically told because it was a cheap car (yeah right) the company tried to save money and this is one of the consequences.
