I was on a delivery one afternoon and out of the blue, there was a mic drop sound then everything went silent. It was my last delivery of the day so I decided to deal with it after I washed day shift dishes. Got back in my car and everything worked perfectly. Next day, it did the same. As the next couple weeks passed, the silence grew longer and longer. Now it's an almost constant state but occasionally there will be music for 10 or 15 minutes just to taunt me.

My radio no longer works and the interface with my iPod no longer works. The only thing that works with my audio system is the CD player... so far. Ford wants to charge me $125 to diagnose the problem. I KNOW what the problem is. The radio does not work! I don't need to pay $125 for them to tell me that! That is before anyone offers a solution of any kind. This car has already had 2 recalls and now this. I am very disappointed in the first American car I've bought in years. VERY disappointed!

The radio was blasting, I turned it off but alas it still played loud.. I turned the damn car off pulled the key got out and the it still blasted music! Mute, volume down nothing worked. Got pissed disconnected the battery for 10 minutes then started my car I finally had silence. Turned the radio back on ,,, it came on but now no sound, took it to world ford pensacola they want 400 plus to replace the audio control module... This should be covered but it is not... Or so I was told.
