Fusion 1.6L Ecoboost

  • 40,000 miles

Trim on both back windows fell off. Dealership fixed it, but only after trying to blame me for taking car thru car wash - which I had never done.

Fusion SE 1.6L 4 Gtdi

  • Automatic transmission
  • 30 miles

I was told this was happening because it's hot in Texas. The day after I drive it off the lot ?

I fixed it myself after their "repair" didn't work. Thank you Gorilla glue.

Fusion SE 2.5L

The ironic part about this was that I was returning home from the dealer, after they had fixed the molding around the driver's side door for the third time. I wanted to surprise my wife and take the car through the car wash so it would be clean for her. After going through the car wash one of the attendants drying the car was trying desperately to fix something, which turned out to be the chrome trim piece on the rear window. It was literally sticking perpendicular to the car! I told the attendant not to worry and that things go wrong with this car basically on a weekly basis (power windows, A/C, molding, dead battery at 2 years) and this is why Honda, Toyota, Kia, and Subaru are kicking Ford's ASS!!!! This car is a piece of S**T, so sorry I bought it and not an Accord.... This is the last Ford product I will EVER buy!
