Mustang

  • Automatic transmission
  • 34,210 miles

As I pulled off the street from my job and was turning onto the next street on my way home, my 2015 Ford Mustang stalled on my twice , back to back and there was a car behind me. I thank God the person driving was paying attention, BOTH times. I got home and called the corporate office for Ford and gave them what for and then called the company I purchased the car from and gave them a piece of my mind about other issues, I have been trying to get repaired, since spring break this year. I went in spring break 2018 to get the recall and the windshield fluid thingy repaired since I was off and the were booked. I explained to them I was trying to get the windshield fluid problem fixed, because my warranty would expire for years before miles on June 26,2016. My windshield fluid was not coming out onto the windshield when prompted. Needless to say that and other issues like my horn working when it wants to and my Bluetooth working when it wants to along with other recalls that have been added to the list.

Mustang Eco-Boost Premium 2.3L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 13,000 miles

Purchased the car with very little mileage certified pre-owned from Don Williamson Nissan in Jacksonville NC. Right off the bat the car started to shake while sitting at the light and then it seemed to struggle to stay running and then it just cut off completely. This was embarrassing but I figured maybe it would go away. Then it started to happen pretty regularly and then it went away again. About 2,000 miles later while driving it completely cut off and this was very scary. It happened again driving through McDonalds. I feel like this should be recalled it is dangerous to be driving down the highway and the engine to cut off.

Mustang Ecoboost Premium Convert V6 Ecoboost

  • Automatic transmission
  • 55,000 miles

2015 ford mustang EcoBoost v6 convertible automatic 55000 miles, problem has been happening since I bought it used in march 2017 - I drive this vehicle as my primary car (to and from work, grocery shopping etc.) whenever I am at a stop sign or stuck at a traffic light and or going under 10 mph the vehicle shakes, stutters, vibrates and feels like it wants to stall. while this happens the rpm gauge drops near or below 500, typically idles around 750. I've had problems like this in my boat and the resulting problem was fuel filter. I checked the owners manual regarding this issue and the manual states its a lifetime filter and does not need replacing. air filter is clean, oil change and filter is good. I have read up on this and seems to happen often with the EcoBoost models.
