The incident is that the vehicle is poorly made. Body wise. Within the first week I replaced the right windshield wiper. Within 90 I had replaced both of them. At 19,000 miles I needed brakes. I have 85,000 miles and have had 4 sets of brakes. I have had to replace 3 of the 4 door lock motors at the cost of $500 each and still the doors do not lock or unlock as they did the day I bought it. I have replace 3 of the 4 tire sensors and still have problems with idiot light. I have replaced the passenger side tail lighting system not once but twice. Had the headlights fixed. The rubber around the drivers door has come loose within the first year, and I can see light out the floor in the backseat behind the driver and have since I bought it. I found the problem the first time I cleaned the interior. Guess door is not sealed or something. I spoke with the local charlon Ford where I bought the vehicle and they are not the least bit interested in even talking with me about these problems. I even tried to trade it in and was told the vehicle was so new there was no resale value basis at that time. Now the cooling system fuses are burning out and I am told by Ford in mojave there was a tsb, but I have yet to be notified. The vehicle is cute, easy to drive other than in the wind, but!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
