LOUSY GPS SYSTEM, DEALER REPLACED UNIT AND ANTENNA BUT STILL SAME PROBLEMS. ELEVATION INFORMATION USUALLY WRONG, TAKES EXCESSIVE TIME FOR GPS UNIT TO ACCURATELY FIND LOCATION. I SPENT A LOT OF MONEY FOR A TOURING MODEL AND GOT A PIECE OF JUNK FOR NAVIGATION. NOW THE DEALER HAS NO RESOLUTION SINCE FIELD REP FOR HONDA WILL NOT HELP. I WILL PROBABLY NOT BUY ANOTHER HONDA. THIS IS MY 6TH HONDA IN 9 YEARS.

I got in my car in the morning to go to work and my navigation screen was shattered. I did not physically damage the screen, nor did I even drive my car the day before. It was locked in my home driveway. Nothing would work. I tried to submit a claim for the extended warranty I purchased but they denied it because they felt it was caused by physical damage. There isn't a scratch or mark on the outer screen so it imploded from the inside. I think it was caused by the extreme heat in Florida.
I'm very disappointed that Honda or Fidelity will not honor my claim. I bought the Touring edition of this car for all of its features, so my car is pretty much worthless without this getting fixed.
