The contact owns a 2016 Honda CR-V. while driving 60 mph, the sun roof exploded without warning. The inside cover was completely closed, so there were no injuries. The contact stated that the inside cover would not open and remained stuck after the failure. The glass continued to crack after the explosion. The contact called tiger Honda (13325 airline hwy, gonzales, la 70737, (225) 963-9800) and was informed that she would get a call back. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 38,954.
