2015 Odyssey Touring Elite. After sitting in a parking lot in the summer heat (around 100 degrees F), once the van interior reaches 120 degrees F, many electronics stop functioning. The electronics I know that stop functioning: Rear doors won't open, rear hatch will open but not close, forward collision and lane departure sensor. This is not an unusual problem for Honda's with these features and I live in Utah where the temp max will be 100 for only a couple weeks out of the year. I am not sure how well Honda's fare where it can get hotter for longer. I did find this article that explains some of the issues:

https://www.abc15.com/news/extreme-heat-causes-driver-warning-systems-to-shut-down-on-honda-accord

I did find some forums that talked about the doors not opening because the battery was potentially getting weaker. But if that is the case it isn't noticeable since there is zero hesitation when starting the car and opening the doors with the car off when it is shaded. I would rather not do a 100$ experiment to see if the battery is the cause until the battery is showing obvious signs of losing its life.

Update from Aug 1, 2022: After getting a new battery the car still has issues when it gets excessively hot. This is extremely frustrating and is one reason I have lost any faith in Honda (I have read about electronic issues in other Honda models).
