In September 2015 I purchased mazda CX3 (SUV model) model from 2015 from the dealer in Hamilton, NJ. Scince the day of my purchase I complained about windows in the side door. These windows are keep freezing in a winter time and keep moisture during a rain or humid days. During winter time I cannot roll down the windows !!! This is a safety condition because during a winter I have to open the door when I need to pay toll fee. I cannot see through sides windows and cannot open them ??!! I have been complaining and explaining this issue to the dealer for over a year?? They need to replace the molding or something else? I am not a mechanic and don't know what needs to be done, but that's really bad experience and review for mazda !!! This is a brand new car that cannot be used during winter!! this is a human safety issue and should be taking care of asap. I am very upset and disappointed with customer support in Mazda. Please resolve this issue.
