The contact owns a 2014 Mercedes Benz Cla250. The contact stated that while driving approximately 30 mph, the pre safe function unavailable warning light illuminated and the vehicle stalled. The vehicle was able to be restarted. The failure recurred twice. The vehicle was taken to a dealer, who updated the computer system but the failure persisted. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 2,000.
