The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked, there was a loud explosion and she noticed that the front passenger-€™s side tire had exploded, causing the front passenger-€™s side headlamp to fracture. The contact stated that she was unsure if the failure was due to a defective tire or if an unknown object had caused the tire to explode. The vehicle was towed to a dealer but was not yet diagnosed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 30,000.
