Got in my 2015 Mercedes Benz S 550 one day and my comfort ride was stuck in sport mode. Which is the most uncomfortable ride I’ve ever experienced for a luxury car, it literally rides like a truck, I tried everything from changing the battery to pushing the buttons every time I’m in the vehicle. The shocks or axel gives no indication of being worn or disturbed, can this be research and brought to a closed on what this problem could potentially be. Thanks I advance.
