Annoyed that this was a recall but not notified as was not considered urgent and they presumed it would be pulled in for a service. When I booked it there must have been a flag on the system because they couldn't book my service date there and then - would have to get back to me when they had the relevant part ordered in, which delayed my service by ten days and wasn't therefore done when convenient to me.
