Cooper Countryman ALL4 Coopers

  • Manual transmission
  • 16,000 miles

Really upset and disappointed that my Mini Countryman All4 CooperS has had a complete clutch failure at 16,000 miles. Had clutch issues from the start, car was not fit for purpose. Clutch replaced under warranty FOC, as was the flywheel and the clutch spring. BMW Finance offered a measley sum in compensation but the car is not fit for purpose and I don't want it any more. Still have issues with the clutch burning and smoking so the second clutch isn't going to see the car through for more than another two years.

I have now spoken with the Financial Ombudsman to resolve the issue once and for all and to get all my money back.
