The trim pieces keep falling off and causing a major delay, and when we take the car to Subaru, they say its easy and it take 5 minutes - boom problem solved! Nope, when my mum was driving back home, the part we had just gotten fixed flew off into the front of somebody's car and now they want us to pay for their damages when Subaru (Bob Rohrman Subaru in Lafayette Indiana) was just too lazy to fix the problem properly!
