I bought the car brand new and now the engine needs “repaired” due to a faulty valve spring that broke and caused MULTIPLE issues to the cam carrier, exhaust valve and head gasket. The dealer is not willing to replace the engine, only “repair” it. This should NOT HAVE HAPPENED ON BASICALLY A BRAND NEW CAR!

I need a reliable vehicle as I am a nurse and I don’t have anyone else to take care of me except me! The engine needs to be replaced or I need a new car! This is my 4th Subaru and will be my LAST if they don’t make this right! Corporate tells me they have no control over telling the dealer to replace the engine instead of repair it!
