Highlander Sport Utility 3.5L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 150,000 miles

Electrical issues, timing belts, instrument cluster - it's all very costly. When driving at high speed, an aroma like fumes come through the ac vents. That can be harmful. I kept up with maintenance as scheduled. Here I was being a single mother and thinking I was purchasing a reliable vehicle. I'm dissatisfied.

Highlander Limited V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 100,000 miles

I took my 2008 Highlander for an oil change July 6. I was thinking about a new car but kept my car. On July 17 my engine died. I don't trust the service department. I was thinking about a newer car but I won't support crooks. I will shop at a more honest and reliable dealership. STAY AWAY from Westbury Toyota!!!!!

If your oil baffle brakes off on a Toyota and damages the engine Toyota will not cover any of the repairs.
