Takata recall. The contact owns a 2007 Cadillac Escalade. While driving 45 mph through a traffic light, another vehicle crashed into the rear of the contact's vehicle. As a result, the contact crashed into the median. The air bags failed to deploy. The contact sustained injuries to the ankle, back, and neck that required medical attention. A police report was filed.
