I did a safety recall repair at the GMC Chevrolet dealer in Bloomington, MN per the notice I recieved regarding the front airbag (Takata) (I believe the repair was in October 2022). I did not have a error code before doing the work but since I was traveling thought it best to do before I left. I now have a service airbag for the driver side which has now come on. I spoke to one dealer in another state (I was traveling) and he said that had nothing to do with the recall work that was done and wanted me to come in for a estimate for a possible repair"?? Can you please assist me"

Took a left turn while driving, heard a small noise and with in one minute of going down the road after my turn, my engine was a rough idle, engine light blinking and traction control was blinking. Had it towed to the closest Chevy dealership to find out that the lifters were bad and causing misfire. That's a common problem for this engine and the replacement cost should not be on the consumer, there should be a recall for this costly repair!
