When I come to a stop the engine cuts out and I get a warning message that says fwc unavailable. Restart engine. I am worried that at some point this may happen while my vehicle is in motion. This happen intermittently. It has happened 4 time in the last 3 weeks

On numerous occasions the navigation screen would go black or freeze up. On multiple occasions the uconnect theater would not work. Everytime we took it to the dealership said it was fine and didn't investigate the issue. Recently, we went to the store made several stops at different stores on our last stop the van would not recognize the keys. We couldn't lock or unlock the van. I had to pull out the emergency key to get into the van. Once inside the van didn't recognize the keys. I ended up having to google the issue for a work around to get home. The entire ride there was a display stating that the key was not in the vehicle. We made on more stop and an left the van running. Ten minutes later it recognized the key and a uconnect starting working again. The van is a 2018 and less than a year old. This is unacceptable for a new vehicle.

Car stalled and began smoking profusely when attempting to accelerate after being stopped at a red light. Car was repaired as per recall (which was known about at the time but we were told it should not have affected our car). Car continued to smell of smoke after transition from electric to gas mode. Dealer was unable to pinpoint why.

While stopped at a stop sign the vehicle's auto stop/start function disabled the engine as normal. When I lifted my foot off the brake to engage engine the car stalled and "service auto start/stop" displayed on screen. Then the screen indicated to put the vehicle in park. After I put the vehicle in park I restarted the vehicle and operated normally. Vehicle was purchased new and has 1,200 miles on it. I will be taking the vehicle to my dealer for assessment.

On two separate occasions, when the vehicle is in motion and coming to a stop, the vehicle has shut off followed by a multitude of error lights and messages on the dash and lights flashing on the gear selector. Upon shutting off unexpectedly the vehicle is in motion with no power steering, brake assist, or any other electrical function. The brake has to be applied, the vehicle shifted to park and finally the start button pressed. This is a major safety concern and very frightening the two times that it has happened. The dealership has been contacted and an emergency service appointment has been scheduled. Also, the manufacturer has been contacted and a case number has been assigned.

While just driving down the highway a constant alert beeping & 'brake now' is flashed on the dashboard! scares you to death. And when you do brake as it says that could cause rear end accident. This has happened 3times! when van is started the 2 back sliding doors and the back hatch all open up without any buttons being touched.

I called the dealer regarding another issue with my vehicle. I was told that there are 2 open recalls and had to wait 2 months to get the service appointment. The recalls are for a manual park release and the cruise control. This is very alarming and very dangerous. I called Chrysler corporation and was told that there is nothing that I can do and need to wait the 2 months. This vehicle is a hazard to the road! I do not feel comfortable driving an unsafe vehicle for 2 months!

With start/stop on, sitting at a stop sign or light, car stops as it's supposed to, then I remove my foot from the brake and it rolls backward. It doesn't do it all the time, dealer unable to replicate issue and sends me home. I argue stating my vehicle is not safe for my children! once it rolled me into a mailbox shattering my rear window!

Since we purchased the vehicle 3 months ago, dealer hasn't been able to correct problems with bluetooth connectivity memory and gps memory. They've replaced the radio once but that didn't correct issues. Per dealership, Chrysler has 'radio restriction' so they don't know when another might be available. Seems more of a software issue that they don't seem to know how to correct

Forward collision warning system is not working.went back to to dealers and it still does not work.I called Chrysler and spoke to two different people and was told they have no way to check if' it working.I paid $995 for this option for safety for my family.I was told that this was a luxury feature and not able to be tested, too bad for us.I have tested my car with Chrysler mechanics and they don't know how to fix the problem.how can chr not sell something like this? thanks

Vehicle uconnect screen locks onto forward image while moving forward down the road or goes black eliminating the ability to access any of the climate control or sos features. Extremely distracting and requires vehicle to be pulled over and restarted to clear.

Our theater system has not worked properly since we purchased the new vehicle 4 months ago. The car is at the dealership for repair, but the software patches have not worked and have corrupted the entire system. Chrysler does not know how to fix the problem or what is causing the issue. My brand new $50,000+ vehicle has been sitting at the dealership with no expectation on when the problem will be fixed.

The forward collision warning system has never worked since car was purchased. Chrysler has told us car must be going 70 mph for system to activate. The Chrysler video indicates system should be working at much slower speeds (25 mph). This is a serious safety issue.
