I called the dealer regarding another issue with my vehicle. I was told that there are 2 open recalls and had to wait 2 months to get the service appointment. The recalls are for a manual park release and the cruise control. This is very alarming and very dangerous. I called Chrysler corporation and was told that there is nothing that I can do and need to wait the 2 months. This vehicle is a hazard to the road! I do not feel comfortable driving an unsafe vehicle for 2 months!

The vehicle spontaneously shut off while driving. The vehicle was able to be restarted after coming to a stop

With start/stop on, sitting at a stop sign or light, car stops as it's supposed to, then I remove my foot from the brake and it rolls backward. It doesn't do it all the time, dealer unable to replicate issue and sends me home. I argue stating my vehicle is not safe for my children! once it rolled me into a mailbox shattering my rear window!

Air conditioning went out. Dealer put freeon in sent us home it went out again in a very short time.

Since we purchased the vehicle 3 months ago, dealer hasn't been able to correct problems with bluetooth connectivity memory and gps memory. They've replaced the radio once but that didn't correct issues. Per dealership, Chrysler has 'radio restriction' so they don't know when another might be available. Seems more of a software issue that they don't seem to know how to correct

Forward collision warning system is not working.went back to to dealers and it still does not work.I called Chrysler and spoke to two different people and was told they have no way to check if' it working.I paid $995 for this option for safety for my family.I was told that this was a luxury feature and not able to be tested, too bad for us.I have tested my car with Chrysler mechanics and they don't know how to fix the problem.how can chr not sell something like this? thanks

Vehicle uconnect screen locks onto forward image while moving forward down the road or goes black eliminating the ability to access any of the climate control or sos features. Extremely distracting and requires vehicle to be pulled over and restarted to clear.

Our theater system has not worked properly since we purchased the new vehicle 4 months ago. The car is at the dealership for repair, but the software patches have not worked and have corrupted the entire system. Chrysler does not know how to fix the problem or what is causing the issue. My brand new $50,000+ vehicle has been sitting at the dealership with no expectation on when the problem will be fixed.

The forward collision warning system has never worked since car was purchased. Chrysler has told us car must be going 70 mph for system to activate. The Chrysler video indicates system should be working at much slower speeds (25 mph). This is a serious safety issue.
