Pacifica Hybrid Platinum Hybrid

Car was miss-firing due to defective transmission firmware embedded in transmission.

Chrysler replaced transmission after months of delay.

Expensive warranty replacement parts require approval of "Star" technician. I was told there is only one "Star" technician for all of California.
