Upon inspection of the vehicle by the consumer he determined that nothing was installed, and took the vehicle back to the manufacturer, and brought the issue to their attention. Then, dealership replaced the part, but gave no reason why the part wasn't replaced the first time as they had indicated.

They could put a bracket on according to the recall. Consumer felt this was unsafe. Also, when using anti-lock brakes, consumer would lose braking power if going over a bump or over some gravel.
