Dash covering airbag's deteriorating, seatbelt doesn't rewind, seat back doesn't latch into a secure position. During a sudden braking event will the seat back throw everybody in the vehicle into the dash if the seatbelts fail? no injuries yet. Can't afford all the repairs.
