Ram 1500 V8

  • Automatic transmission
  • 160,000 miles

I was driving down the street at 40 mph, hit a slight dip in the road and completely lost control!! The wheel was shaking from side to side violently. I see things flying around me and the next thing I know I had come to a stop, having hit a fence. I took out three mail boxes. The residents thereof were sitting out in their yards and it's a miracle they were not hurt or killed. They managed to get out of the ways just in time. I can't help but to think if I had been going any faster, or if my 16 year old daughter had been driving what could have happened. They call it the "death wobble". Needless to say that leaves such a cold feeling in the pit of my stomach.

Ram 1500 LX 4.7L Mag

  • Automatic transmission
  • 46,335 miles

This vehicle is quite simply the worst piece of crap I have every owned. Nothing but problem after problem. Just a couple of months ago I replaced the whole steering rack. Now today the tie rod just suddenly failed. I mean complete. Thank god I was going slow or it would have been a disaster.

Did I mention, piece of sh*t.
