Takata inflatores. I have been trying to schedule an appointment at gulf coast Chrysler Jeep to have recall P78 and R25 P81 taken care of for more than a year. I have even called 1-877-223-7634 twice and still nothing. The lady who handles the service department told me last year that my name was on page 4 of her file. When I called the above number, that rep called her. Again they stated they only had one of the items I needed. However, about a month ago a friend of mine here drove up there on a Monday and he was told to bring his identical truck in the next day and his items were fixed!! I'm tired of waiting, I'm tired of being told that they don't have all the parts needed. I was even told that the service department could not order any further inventory until they exhausted what was on hand. I would like to arrange to get these items fixed and soon. If not, then I will start going to the attorney generals office, the BBB and my lawyer. I received another notice in the mail today. How long is considered "within a reasonable time?"

Takata recall, I received two separated recalls for my vehicle the dealer I called for service has the driver airbag inflator but does not have a clue when the passenger airbag inflator will be available. I received the P78/NHTSA 14V770 over a year ago and it stated that I should contact a dealer for service on or after February 23, 2015. It is now February 18, 2016 and neither the dealer nor Chrysler can give me any idea when the parts will be available. I am waiting for both parts to be available before I have any repairs completed on my vehicle
