When this accident occurred the seatbelts failed to restrain her and her dog and the airbags did not deploy, resulting in both of their heads hitting the windshield and leaving two large cracks in the windshield.

They told me it would take four hours on the phone when I got it there they told me it may take a few days and they don-??t even know if they have the parts for it and they told me to reschedule in the second time that I brought it in.
