We have a 2005 Dodge 1500 Quad Cab. It started having problems with a rough idle several months ago. We have spent close to a thousand dollars trying to figure out what is wrong. Have had it at two local repair shops as well as two Dodge Dealers. It seems no matter what we do, it isn't the fix. We replaced plug wires, ERG Valve, O2 Sensor,Fuel Injectors and two coils. We compression tested the intake manifold and the Cadillac Converter Muffler. Still with no clear cure. After researching the internet. Several forums suggested it could be the TPS (throttle position sensor) or the computer itself. I am looking into those this week. Would appreciated any suggestions. I will be sure to post a solution, if and when I find one.
