Vehicle was involved in accident. Vehicle struck "jersey wall" at appx 50 mph. Neither frontal or side curtain airbags deployed. Vehicle was in accident 12 months prior and was repaired at Dodge dealership. Owner questioned dealership as to why. Minor injuries to driver in this second accident with the same vehicle. Owner contacted Chrysler Corp and received a form letter response.

Vehicle was involved in 2 separate accidents. Air bags did not deploy in either. Vehicle was repaired at dealership after first accident. Driver sustained injuries which has disabled him since 11/2007.
